Career success entails more than just ascending the corporate hierarchy - it includes finding joy and genuine satisfaction in what you do.
For over two decades, I have partnered with senior executives and organisations to drive career development and professional growth. With extensive experience in international executive search and private investments, I specialise in leadership and executive coaching. My work is centered on my passion for helping leaders define, refine, and realise their career goals through personalised coaching. Drawing on my executive coaching certification from INSEAD and an MA from Cambridge University, I empower executives, particularly those undergoing career transitions, to achieve transformative leadership and career outcomes.
Having lived and worked in London, Paris, New York, Dubai and Mumbai I also bring a distinctive international aspect to my coaching.

1.Reflection Phase
Understanding your professional identity involves delving into your personal motivators and barriers. Together, we will explore how you perceive your role, how others perceive you and the ways your values affect your professional journey.
2.Exploration Phase
During the exploration phase, those ideas, concepts, and aspirations are brainstormed. Building on the insights gained from self-reflection, further potential paths to success emerge and are explored, by examining hypothetical versions of new professional identities and narrowing them down to a preferred few to be examined in detail.
3.Strategy Phase
The strategy phase revolves around testing out these hypothetical roles and professions in order to build a framework and formulate a plan for implementation of your thoughts and ideas. Actual roles and organisations are discussed to provide practical examples of alternative career paths or roles. This may lead us to revise your resume or brainstorm specific applications as part of the overall plan, all of which fosters meaningful discussions, and deepens reflection.
4.Transition Phase
As you transition from one role to another or one career to the next, ongoing reflection remains crucial. Transitioning to a new career demands a mindset shift, which we navigate together. This phase, though sometimes difficult and lengthy, can yield transformational insights. We will experiment, reflect, and refine together, ensuring alignment with your aspirations at every step. You will define and create new networks, build confidence in your new role and know what success looks like.

Problem:
Should I stay or should I go? Client wanted to leave their organisation to explore other career paths assuming that their unhappiness at work was due to their role and the culture of the organisation.
Strategy:
Using a psychodynamic approach, we analysed and reflected on the client’s current and previous roles and organisations. What could be really going on in the organisation prompting a desire to leave? How do personal values and assumptions play a part? Coaching led to the realisation that the issue was a problematic working relationship with the boss, not the role or the organisation.
Benefit:
Executive coaching programme was put in place to focus on improving the client’s working relationship with their boss leading to a desire to stay at the organisation and work on career development there.
